Although Ptasie Mleczko® was created before the outbreak of World War II, its name was not registered. The reason was that “ptasie mleczko” referred to confectionery products and was not a proper name. However, the situation changed in 2014 with the registration of the name. Now only E. Wedel can use the Ptasie Mleczko® name.
